On Colonization
Title
On Colonization
Description
All of my time in South Africa so far has been spent thinking about conciousness, the mind, and the ability of people to colonize and/or decolonize their thinking. Meaning, why do people in this present moment in South African culture approach the world and interact with it in the very specific and South African way that they do. I have seen various examples of this in my journeys so far, which I will discuss in other entires. But for now, an inspiring quote from today.
"The most powerful weapon in the hands of the oppressor is the mind of the oppressed" -Steve Biko
